Keith re-plastered the whole downstairs after we had the back wall knocked through. Flat as a billiard table, no chasing the painter. Quoted fair, turned up when he said, finished a day early.
Had Keith out for an external render job on our extension. Scratchcoat then a clean topcoat, all beaded out tidy. You can tell he's been doing it 30 years. Won't use anyone else now.
Took our Artex ceiling off and re-skimmed the lot. Site left immaculate every night, no dust through the rest of the house. Honest bloke. Recommended him to my sister already.
